Well it is that time of year friends! Getting all dressed up and getting creative...one of my favorite times as a kid and still one of my favorite times as an adult!

Edwina and I ventured off to Goodwill on Stephanie in here Las Vegas to see what we could find and get inspired! 

After sitting in the car for over 45 minutes discussing our plan...haha we went in!

I swear it is like the inspiration is waiting for us...We literally lose sight of time and all things real and we are off into our own world!

HERE is part 2!!! The Dressing Room!! haha If you want some ideas or just want to laugh you must check it out! haha we basically put on a variety show in the middle of Goodwill!! ENJOY!!

Then it was time to set up the scene...this is where we did our try on and creation of costumes! This Goodwill was filled with treasures almost 15 different costume ideas in a matter of 30 minutes!!! All of which were unique and made up of actual clothing...no bagged costumes!

Now this was my favorite I spotted this Kenneth Cole Green Dress you see Edwina in and was immediately thinking WHAT A GREAT PARACHUTE! haha

I had found this AUTHENTIC pilot uniform and BAM.. TOP GUN.. Edwina was my parachute and we were off!! haha I guarantee no one will have this costume!

Vegas Couture goes to Tiffany's Fashion Week

Vegas Couture by Wanda showcased The Resort Collection lat month at the Tiffany's Fashion Week in New York! To read more about Tiffany's Fashion week Read HERE! A platform for designers to be featured Tiffany Fashion Week has aligned their designers in the heart of New York where manufacturers and agents are ready to market and sell their collections!! I am so absolutely proud of my dear friend and incredible designer! 

While I wasn't able to be there to support I was cheering her on from Vegas! most of you guys have seen some of the inspiration for this collection that I modeled!

 This collection speaks to me in so many ways and if you know me well then you know I love the simplistic elegance of the collection and well black and white! The idea that we can go to the pool for the day and look absolutely fabulous and carry that on to the night is genius! i love transitional pieces and pieces that I can use in my wardrobe anywhere and anytime. Women of all body types can embrace this collection and that makes this Bikini Body muscular girl happy! Feeling sexy and confident..that is what Wanda does for women...I am so excited to collaberate with Vegas couture and will be announcing some exciting news soon until then!

Goodwill Come Thrifting With Us #GetYourBlueOn

Hi friends!! I know I blog and then I go on hiatus! I am very behind as per usual but I have a schedule now and I will be posting at minimum 3 times a week my next post is featuring what is in my gym bag and some of my favorite gym clothes etc! Edwina and I have been on a filming roll and we are loving all of the feedback we recently hit 20,000 subscribers on Youtube, which I know isn't a whole lot...but it feels like a tight family of Addicts and we are so grateful for all of you!!!!!! So thank you for subscribing ,liking, and sharing our love of fashion and thrifting all things vintage!!

Recently we took a visit to the brand new Goodwill on Centennial here in Vegas and it well was amazing! One of our favorite places by far to get Oskie dresses from now on!

TKO Cardio

I have been trying so many new things lately and I have been sharing all of it on my Youtube channel but I have been neglecting this here blog and thought I would share some my favorite things that are getting me ready for this years Olympia! If you didn't catch my vlog where I announced my Muscle and Fitness Hers Magazine audition you can check it our HERE, but I was called back and asked to work with the Muscle and Fitness Hers Magazine and Flex Magazine booth at this years Olympia! I did this last year HERE, and it was such an incredible experience! So honored to be a part of it again this year...

So moving on, I have been trying to incorporate some different cardio routines to keep my body guessing...see my body gets all smart on me and starts to expect the same nonsense I do day in and day out... I want to look muscular so I don't want to go and run it all off...therefore...HIIT and high intensity intervals are calling my name... I started BOXING this past week....More to come on that...you can see my first trip HERE..while boxing we were jumping rope and I realized how easy it was to incorporate this in between each set when I am working out...BRILLIANT..and so late to the game I am...haha

My butt was whooped after my shoulder and rear delt exercise the other night...with this mixed in I felt like I was keeping my heart rate up! For some reason this rope just works so much smoother then any I have used...the handles actually twist and it is the perfect length...and well I am sucker for blue if you know me well...haha I have seen this TKO brand at Ross and Marshalls but you can also get it on Amazon HERE!!

My post workout meal was a scoop of 1stphorm IGNITION  I have my own website for 1stphorm now!!! I am also filming a what is in my gym bag video this weekend so keep a look out for that...and this jump rope goes every where I go... 

So Obviously I didn't do this tonight since my leg is a hot mess if you follow me on Instagram! haha
