You know I love thrifting clothes...and thrifting furniture...well...I also love thrifting food...and since I eat pretty clean...I get a lot of questions about what I buy or where I get it from..While I go to a couple of grocery stores to get my goods..I thought I would share our last trip to Costco!! haha I must WARN all of you...it is kinda long...and kinda all over the place...BUT hey...it's real life and this my friends is how I shop...though it was a special day since I got to go with P.E.!!! I often make comments of how I thought I was born in the wrong generation..but sometimes I think I just want to be transported back to the era for the fashion..this week I will be walking in the Louisa Voisine Millinery Spring time in Paris Fashion Show where she will reveal her Spring collection...I can't believe how fast time has gone by..I talked more about it HERE and I also wore another piece from her collection in THIS post..anyway..there is something magical that happens when you put on a hat..and I swear internally I change my whole attitude...do you remember Reading Rainbow where Lamar went into a hat store and tried on different hats and each one transported him to that era or place the hat was worn? ummm can you imagine? We don't daydream or imagine a whole lot as adults...I remember pretending to be transported to different places anytime I put on a hat...or a dress...or even a pair of shoes...Louisa's imagination and creativity has given me a little piece of the 7 year old Shana that wished she could walk a runway in Paris...I swear if we continue to dream...our dreams will eventually become a reality...or at least we will enjoy imagining it...

I will be posting pics on Instagram..and may film a little at the Fashion Show..so excited!! and for those of you who are now humming the Reading Rainbow song...don't worry I have had it stuck in my head ever since I thought of it last week! ...Friends to know....ways to grow...of Reading Rainbow...I...can...do anything!
