The sun is still out and I forgot my camera. P.E. Killed it today with my Droid...yep....these pics were taken with my cell phone...I know right?...I had totally forgot about this Vintage polka dot top...you may have remembered me talking about it in THIS haul video where I go go gadget armed it, through this lady to get it...I am so glad I did..I love it..the color...the polka dots... I am also in love with this pleated maxi..I got it at the Goodwill in Sterling Virginia... with Sarah.It is big so I safety pinned it..I loved how long it was...
I am also wearing these Kenneth Cole's that I passed up at Savers and couldn't stop thinking about them for 3 days and went back and got them...they were $4...I love them...
and last but not least the urban warrior ring..not sure if you can really see it really well...but I LOVE IT...and it was a $1 from Jewelmint with a Promo code...see I told you they had ridiculous deals....

I am wearing all kinds of things I love, though I realized quickly that wide leg sailor pants make me look like I have WIDE legs...hmmm I am also wearing these heels which I have only worn 3 times total...I actually never wear them because they are only like 2 inches high...I like HIGH heels...like really HIGH...I am 5'8" and I love high heels...I am realizing during my shoe challenge that I don't wear any heels in my closet that are under 3 inches...interesting...verrrry interesting...
I recently won a styling challenge for Jewelmint on facebook and I was so excited! I won 3 credits towards some jewelry and this necklace was one of my choices! It is the Nicolas necklace and I am finding myself thinking of all the items in my closet I can wear with it...it is totally something I wouldn't normally pick out and I think that is why I love Jewelmint so much...very unique and I find myself gravitating towards these kinds of items and while I feel like $30 is a lot of money for one item of jewelry (I am a thrifter when it comes to jewelry too), I have found that there are so many promo codes that you will always pay less then $30...I also feel like if you invest in great pieces for your wardrobe you don't need a 100 just a small handful of unique, quality pieces...like these...I am also biased since I WON this bad boy...so I will shut it..haha
This was my mom's blouse...I love it...she would love this necklace too...can't wait to show you my other pieces! oh and for those of you who asked to see pics of P.E. and I as Ike and Tina Turner you check my facebook here..I will post pics of us this week..there is one on there now haha
Aside from the fact that I now know that the hubby hates Cheetah...and I stabbed my chin with my finger coming out of kung fu the other night...and I wasn't even doing kung fu...I now have a scar ughhh, I also just realized this top is see through! WHAT? Umm yeah, I wore this to work...haha ahh well..it was Casual Friday...so I guess the folks with their pajama pants and slippers shouldn't feel so bad...yeah..you know who you are...haha
I was really excited to be able to go from work to date night..cuz on Friday if it goes anywhere past 8pm and we are not out...I am a sleepy sleeperson...
