I just love reading your blog...first of all your title makes me smile...and you inspire me all the time. WE can look stylish in any years...and you my sweet are rockin it...Keep struttin your stuff and don't worry about your shoes...I wear mine till they make that clickity clank sound when you walk on tile and realize the bottoms of your heels are GONE!

I really try to be a thrifter in all areas and on Thursday night, "sister night" we went through some of my favorite make up and I would have to say the majority are from Drugstores and even Marshalls! The Wet n Wild Collection is pretty awesome by the way..and I am obsessed with lipstick...I wasted 25 years wearing nude and nothin...haha

That's how much this dress cost me. Yep...$1....it has pockets, it is mustard, and it fits me perfectly I HEART Goodwill. I also bought these heels almost 7 years ago and I have NEVER worn them...I am noticing a pattern folks...I think I have a problem....I mean...I actually kinda liked these, delicate, light, so I might keep these. Oh, and I have gotten a lot of questions in regards to my wardrobe and work. Really quick, I wear about 95% of what you see to work everyday. The rest is on the weekend...but almost all of it is to work. I am a group benefits broker here in Vegas and while I push the professional envelope sometimes, I feel as though I have kind of changed the rules a little...I love it and I feel good...and the best part is when someone asks me how much something is...i.e. this dress...

Do you guys remember this dress? If not....I got it HERE....at the Goodwill in Ashburn Virginia..I almost didn't get it cuz it was $8..I know...I am just glad Sarah looked at me crazy and goes..."Umm you better be getting that dress? Or I will get it!" Ever notice when someone wants something you have you want it even more...well..that is what happened with this dress...so here I am...in it...and happy..and after cussing out the guy at Goodwill for being too pricey I immediately hugged him and said I was an addict from Vegas who clearly needed to CHILL OUT...amazing how our standards change...I would of bought this in a heart beat at H&M and not cussed out a single person! I'm sorry Goodwill guy..and I thank Sarah for wanting this dress...

Does anyone find the "Hail to the V" commercial kinda odd? I just saw it for the first time and I just sat there in silence....yep...

I felt a little 80's in this get up and also felt a little sweaty in excitement for Fall. I really love Olive green..this is a new color for me. I am also STILL doing my "New Day, New Shoes Challenge" HERE and let me tell YOU...I have 10 boxes of shoes I am donating, and this pair will be donated as well...It feels really good to get rid of all these shoes I don't wear...so...hopefully you guys are having the same luck, or just re-falling in love with what you have.

Date Nights & Doors Opening

See, I got proof...right here...see...haha

Here we are at The Tennis Champions Series with Andre Agassi, Pete Sampras, Jim Courier and John McEnroe at the Thomas & Mack Center at UNLV

My Dad got to sit in the 3rd row...we however...did not...haha

So we moved!

Andre won..sister and I were kinda crushin on Pete and Andre...just sayin...haha

Like father like daughter...haha

Hubby opened the door...did you see that? I know...I was shocked too...so I took a picture. Our weekend was pretty low key...We worked out, we went to a live tennis match for the first time..i am almost positive my crunching of popcorn annoyed the heck out of the lady next to me...but a girls got to eat...haha Tennis is all kinds of awesome live..let me tell you...I especially loved the shushing section in row 114.

We then went to one of our college hang outs afterwards and quickly realized that we weren't in college anymore...since when did this place smell like a sweaty sock? Maybe it did but we never noticed? haha Oh and the hubby and I were editing...and editing....and more editing...umm P.E. and I might have filmed a little too much..but I say...it doesn't matter! It's pretty funny...or at least I think so! haha
