Not sure if it was "what the heck are you wearing" stares, or "ooh what a cool dress" stares, but there were definitely eyes on me in my recent Savers find, and I LOVE this dress...I also LOVE these earrings. I can not tell you how excited I was to get these earrings in the mail on Friday! Well, actually I can. I was contacted by Misty from Foggy Morning Jewelry a couple of weeks ago to give one of my lucky readers a chance to win these earrings! What a weekend...Photographer Extraordinaire graduated, we lived it up downtown, and spent the whole day at the pool. I had so much fun, but slowly realized I do not have the energy I once had. Between the cramps in my ankle and spasms in my stomach, I just can not party like I used too haha The funniest part was, I was born here and live here in Vegas and everything was brand new information. I CAN NOT wait to show you some of the pictures...I am talking serious freaks were out. And no one told me that you could wear your Halloween costume and charge people $5 to take a picture with you...not gonna lie...seriously contemplated it...I mean that's like 5 people an hour..at $25 an hoiur...umm Hello!!!! haha Regardless, Great weekend...we truly were tourists and it has been a while since I have done nothing and enjoyed it. I always have a hard time relaxing...I even found myself rushing to go and do nothing..like I was late..haha I didn't want to miss out on the time I had to do nothing...ughhh so ridiculous...sounds even more ridiculous as I write it! Sorry Sisters :O) haha

Yes, yes we would ! This comment made me smile. I love this lady and between our craziness we would have so much fun posing on shopping carts...This Post in particular was something I had always wanted to do, but was too embarrassed to...NOT anymore!!! haha I can't explain to you how much fun it is trying to find stuff to pose with or on! haha Isn't she gorgeous everyone? She makes me smile all the time and I love getting All Dressed Up every Wednesday!

Oh, by the way, we did our nails again last night for sister night and I am loving them!!! I will have some pics up soon! Photographer Extraordinaire will be graduating tomorrow and I am soooo excited to celebrate! She has worked so hard and deserves some celebration! We are going to live it up in Vegas this weekend and we will have some fun pics Downtown, by the pool, and we will probably find something ridiculous to pose on :O)

SAVERS: Very Important People Party

So I know this looks like an ordinary trip to Savers right? WRONG....Notice how I said, Very Important People...haha ok, there were others there too, but this my friends was a life changer. That is right...you know like when one day you wake up and you discover not only that you are happy but you may have found something you truly love to do! ok, I know...shopping isn't exactly the most amazing accomplishment..but this is so much more my friends...take a look at all of my finds and read more below... and there are a lot of pics haha so be pateint...

The store is huge and soooo organized...I was completely overwhelmed!

These were our fortunes when we went to eat afterwards, just ADD, (At Savers) to the end...I know...AMAZING RIGHT? haha

see, I got this email last week and I began to read it while getting ready for another "sister night." The title read something like this " Summerlin Savers Opening in Las Vegas." I thought it was another regular email from the Automatic Savers Club email list. BUT no!!! It was an email from SAVERS...to SHANA..(that's me) I was asked to attend the VIP Pre-opening of the Summerlin Savers with a guest, I brought photographer extraordinaire in case you were wondering.

Anyway, they actually read my blog!!! I know..after I read this, I literally started dancing around the kitchen screaming ...I mean how often does your favorite store email you? ok, some of you don't answer that haha. I really believe in what they do for our community, for local jobs, and their alliances with local non-profits, AND for my closet. I truly feel like I am giving back every time I donate, and this makes Savers and ME a match made in heaven. That's me below...haha This Summerlin store is AWESOME, so for all of you locals check them out tonight for the Grand Opening! You can get more info from their Facebook!

I have some surprises for everyone and can't wait to share with you more pictures, tips and tricks to surviving the Savers experience, and where this will all go. We got to meet the amazing team at Savers and I can't wait to show you pics of their outfits!
