#MealPrepSunday Taking it easy, New Lululemons, & a new 1stphorm order!

Hi friends! I am back with a #MEALPREPSUNDAY video this was 1 week post olympia weekend! I was intrigued by this oil so far it was has been great! 

I need some more of this one of my favorites to put in my stir frys!

One of my favorite snacks for my last meal of the day is a rice cake with some of these preserves! So yummy!

And these are the rice cakes!

I don't eat dairy anymore since my stomach is not about that life...so I have incorporated coconut milk! THIS YOGURT is everything the GREEK STYLE especially I will throw in some cashews or almonds and YUM!

Have you guys tried these? I have them on hand for emergency's to get my veggies! I love veggies but most of us do not get enough..it has vitamins and nutrients that are not only there to keep you lean but keep you healthy..MAKE SURE YOU ARE EATING enough...I swear since I turned 35 my body NEEDS it...I am also going to do a special blog post on the new Fruist N Roots here in Las Vegas so stay tuned!

I no longer buy whole onions...haha lazy or not these are my favs...

This salad is soo good and I love it when I feel like eating something bad or just not my normal..super filling as well!

A Staple...I have been making tacos lately a lot!

No longer buy chicken breasts Tenderloins are where its at! So easy to cook and basically 2 to 3 are 4 oz!

These are dangerous so I buy only 3 haha bulk style..

In other news...the sister and I went to public school in downtown summerlin and o m g...IT WAS AWFUL...not the food the food was amazing..but the people that worked there..I don't normally rant on here but I was so sad..she spent so much time planning a party for her boyfriend and they just sucked and were so rude...anyway look at the dessert the hubby ordered?

Edwina and I went to Lululemon at Downtown Summerlin and basically hit the jackpot. ALL Leggings are $39 yep...we cleaned them out...we basically made up for the past 15 years that we were late! haha you can see more of that on vlog!

Macakes...oh gosh..I got some of this mix at Olympia and I have been addicted ever since...ALL natural gluten free dairy free protein pancake mix... I am in love...the syrup with no sucralose ugh SO amazing! I will post a recipe soon! 

Broke my glasses...so that happened and ran into edwina at the gym! haha always shenanigans...

I just put in a new order at ShanaEmily.1stphorm.com I still can't believe I have my own website!! Thank you to all of you for your continued support!! They got new apparel in and well i had to get my vitamins...I can't use any other now! The energy these babies give me is extraordinary and no stomach ache! I also need to get some Protein but I will share my haul with you guys on my Youtube! 

Lastly, my newest pair of lulus...and this victorias secret bra that makes me feel like i got cleavage! haha Feeling healthy and balanced at the moment and loving every second of it!

Protein Pancake Skeleton & Egg White Muffin Brains:Halloween Clean Eats

I know it has been a while since I posted a recipe but this one was too fun to pass up! If you are getting ready to go to a Halloween Party this weekend or just want to scare your children but have them eat healthy then this is the recipe for you!! I have a NEW VLOG up where Edwina and I prepare this, get creative, and lose our minds! Hope you enjoy! 

First we will start with the EGG WHITE MUFFIN BRAINS! You have seen me make these before HERE, I love making these for my on the go mornings and to bring to a house party or brunch!

EGG WHITE MUFFIN RECIPE

1. Mini Muffin Tin, baking boxes like we found or cupcake container!
2. Spray your Muffin tin or containers with Olive Oil Spray or a spray of your choice
3. Chop Veggies that you would like to include in your egg white muffin! We added broccoli slaw, bell peppers, onions, jalepenos and zucchini ! You can add spinach mushrooms anything you like!
4. Now add Egg Whites 1/3 cup makes 2 egg whites of liquid egg whites, I can usually fit 1/3 cup egg whites in the mini muffin tins
5. You can now add spices! Garlic, Pepper, anything you like!
6. We added Zaatar seasoning can be found here http://amzn.to/1jRdLzM Jamaican Jerk, Creole, anything!
7. BAKE for 20 to 25 minutes depending on your oven! If you are using a muffin tin remove them and set them on a rack! Make sure to place them on a pan if you are using these baking squares! haha ours leaked!

Now it is time for the skeleton!

PROTEIN PANCAKE SKELETON

1. 4 Egg Whites ( We Doubled this for the Skeleton) Make to your preference This recipe will work great for a stove top recipe!
2. 1/3 cup oats I like to use traditional oats as they blend a little better then Irish or Coach's
3. 4-5 drops of Stevia Drops We used English Toffee!
4. 1/8 Tsp Baking Powder
   This can be cooked on a hot pan,or in the baking dish for 20 minutes check every 10 minutes!
5. Sprinkle Cinnamon,peanut butter or even maple syrup, Wallden Farms makes a great maple syrup or try Mancakes so good here is a link to find it! http://amzn.to/1Gx3XVq 
6. For Decor we added Sugar free preserves, peanut butter,and Rambutans!

Well it is that time of year friends! Getting all dressed up and getting creative...one of my favorite times as a kid and still one of my favorite times as an adult!

Edwina and I ventured off to Goodwill on Stephanie in here Las Vegas to see what we could find and get inspired! 

After sitting in the car for over 45 minutes discussing our plan...haha we went in!

I swear it is like the inspiration is waiting for us...We literally lose sight of time and all things real and we are off into our own world!

HERE is part 2!!! The Dressing Room!! haha If you want some ideas or just want to laugh you must check it out! haha we basically put on a variety show in the middle of Goodwill!! ENJOY!!

Then it was time to set up the scene...this is where we did our try on and creation of costumes! This Goodwill was filled with treasures almost 15 different costume ideas in a matter of 30 minutes!!! All of which were unique and made up of actual clothing...no bagged costumes!
