Everyone I would like you to meet Sasha....my first born...and excape artist...I was getting ready for work and let the dogs out...I then look up and there she was...rolling around on the rocks...Sasha is my love...I never liked cats....and then one of my best friends came home and said.."here ya go Shana...isn't she adorable" ummmm she looked like a rat with eyebrows...and was the size of a tomato...ummm NO...get her out of here...she later got really sick at 8 months old and I found myself visiting her at the hospital every night for a week...I love this darn cat...she was also my mom's best friend...boy they loved eachother...I would catch them gazing into eachothers eyes...my mom would alsways say , in her Israeli accent of coarse, " Sasheeee!! " She loved to tell me stories of her on her computer while Sasha sat and watched...anyway...yes I am the creepy animal hoarder...and yes that is a dead plant on the table...I TRIED people..I really did....plants just aren't my thing...

The Best Thing About Me is You

A couple of weeks ago we took a few photos with Jamie...a few turned into a couple, a couple turned into a 100, and somehow we were dressing up and yelling at my two babies to pose...

haha as you can see Sampson was not thrilled...he was thirsty...and wanted his baby...Sophie on the other hand was determined to get her shot...haha minus our cats..this is our little family...not quite the cute babies like everyone else...we are a little slow on things...but I can't wait to see more from our session...and seriously...if you live here in Las Vegas..and you are reading this right now...YOU... lurkers and all... you have approximately 2 more days to enter the giveaway..which includes a FREE session with the one and only Jamie Rubeis....so stop reading my nonsense and get to it!

oh and discovering that your dress is see through AFTER you have worn it to work...whatever...this dress was all of $3 at Goodwill in Seattle Washington...I loved the stripes and how long it was...and well..it's not an Old Navy t-shirt...so that's an improvement haha

1. I wear workout clothes on the weekend even when I don't workout. It makes me feel productive.

2. Whenever I wear a scarf on my head, the hubby makes a comment like "Ok Aunt Jamima"

3. Since I have gotten these pants I haven't taken them off. 

4. I started a new Youtube channel called Colorblind Fitness..mainly cuz all of my Thrifters Anonymous Members were not caring about my workouts so much..I don't blame them, I wish I had more time to thrift! If you care...you can subscribe here.

5. No but really I haven't taken these pants off....I LOVE how I feel in them working out...plus I don't have the "saggy butt" as my hubby often refers to most of my workout pants...that's always a good thing right...haha

6. You rarely see my hair down because I RARELY wash it...and by RARELY I mean never...Also, when I finally do..I braid it...

7. All of your emails, comments, and posts on my blog, facebook, and youtube have made this whole experience amazing...you guys really do feel like friends...and while this awesome giveaway is going on for locals only here, I have more coming up for everyone!!!!

8. This scarf lasted all of 15 minutes, until my make up began to run down my eye from the massive sweat storm coming from underneath this vintage scarf...

9. I just ate 2 packs of gum while typing out this blog...I need an intervention....

10. The Real Housewives of Orange County make me smile... especially with all of the crazy awful things that are happening around us...we can all just sit and laugh...and really focus on why Vikki's new man was missing a tooth....

Well, here I am...in another Old Navy T-shirt...see you have to know something about me...we were very fancy growing up...and not fancy like proper...but for some reason..I wore a lot of velvet and lace... a  t-shirt was not appropriate...my closet was never filled with casual clothing..therefore...I am always dressed up...but on the weekend all I wanna do is wear a t-shirt..oh and this belt with a cheetah on it...the hubby doesn't quite get it...but I feel like it makes up for the t-shirt...thus balancing out my casual look haha the problem is...the cheetah is upside down...so now I just look silly...and flats...I am wearing flats people...haha I'm a changing...I even did laundry and made the bed yesterday...yep...


Oh and I got a recommendation after this post...I couldn't be more excited! Clean house here I come!!

Friday night my sister and I met up with my mom's best friends for dinner...it was so special...we had such a a good time...catching up on each others lives. My sister and I miss our mom so much, this helped us stay close in a special way. After dinner we roamed around Tivoli Village...such a great little place...

Definitely not a thrifters dream...but we decided to go into Charming Charlies...I had never been before...totally overwhelmed by the amount of jewelry..I was somewhat underwhelmed by the choices...I guess the problem is..when you are a thrifter..you can actually find real turquoise for the same price..

Most of it was WAAAAY overpriced...


and not that cute!

.ahh well...we had a blast and got matching rings...Basically a big hunk of fake rock...navy blue...not sure why...but we fell in love..I am envisioning it with a lot of different things....We will stick to thrift stores and Forever 21 for now!!! haha these were on sale..

Walk, Sit, & Shake

This is what we plan on doing again this weekend after my workout...while we have some plans this weekend...I am going to really try and get some cleaning done...I might even try to take a bath....haha I haven't even used our bath tub in our house...and we have lived here for 5 years...haha I remember during our walk through I was like..."Oh my gosh! I love how the bath tub is next to the window..I could decorate it with candles and flowers"...yeah...NOT ONCE...have I enjoyed it...I am also working on editing our SAVERS VIP shopping event! So excited to share our finds!!!

I have come to a conclusion. I do not make a good housewife...and not the kind that you find in Orange County...though I am obsessed wtih those ladies...is anyone watching...haha that girl who ate part of Heathers cake...haha anyway...housewife...I often hear women talk about their duties...and I have come to a conclusion that I don't do ANY of them...haha in no particular order..

I do NOT Iron my husbands clothes

Do the dishes everyday

Vacuum

Dust

I don't always do laundry every week...

I don't re-organize my pantry...

or organize my pantry...

I don't have a list of items we have run out of, so that I can go to the store to get..

I don't have a list...of any items...

My stuff is EVERYWHERE

I don't sleep at the same time every night...

I don't take baths...or use leave in conditioners while giving myself a pedicure

I don't get pedicures...or manicures...

I have only had two massages...and both were extremely awkward...

There are parts of my house I don't go to....EVER....

I don't make dinner every night...

OK. I could keep going...and the other day I actually thought about getting a house cleaner...cuz I went to grab something and a dust cloud lifted from this item...I am so busy doing other things...that I need to HIRE someone to HELP. I'm so embarrassed...I am someone who always thinks...I CAN do it...but am afraid I just can't...and the hubby, the puppies, and the cats...are all suffering...haha so any advice? Tips for leading a more organized life...and or cleaning regularly...I will also take some referrals on someone who can help me do the list above..haha
